ThinkIQ is a boutique automation consulting practice based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through thinkiq.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, company, and the message you write to us.
  • Eligibility form. Your name, work email, company, website, industry, and your answers to our eligibility questions.
  • Outreach links. If you arrive from one of our emails, the link may include your email address so your details are pre-filled and we know you visited.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or social media pixels on this site. We do not use tracking cookies. The site stores a small flag in your browser's session storage only to avoid sending us duplicate notifications during a single visit; it is deleted when you close the tab.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry or eligibility submission.
  • To assess whether we are a good fit to work together.
  • To follow up about a Discovery Audit if the match is strong.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and the site runs on a third-party hosting platform. These providers process data only on our behalf, subject to their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

We keep enquiry and eligibility emails only as long as needed to evaluate and, where relevant, serve a client relationship. If we are not a fit, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing tarun@thinkiq.ca. We respond to every request.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
