Founder voice. No named client. The shape is common in growing Ottawa service businesses.

Same facts, three places
Every Friday someone rebuilt a status pack by hand: open the CRM, skim the inbox, copy numbers into a spreadsheet, then paste a summary into email. The work was careful. It was also the same work, every week.
- System
One source of truth, one draft path
We defined the fields that already lived in the CRM as the source of truth. A small automation pulled those fields, drafted the Friday note, and flagged only the exceptions for a human: missing data, stalled deals, odd amounts. Judgment stayed with the owner. The copying did not.
- Outcome
Friday became a review, not a rebuild
The pack still went out. The founder still decided what to say about the hard cases. The repetitive assembly stopped eating the afternoon. That is the ThinkIQ pattern: fixed-scope Discovery Audit first, then a Scoped Build only if it clearly pays for itself.
