What we build
We map where automation pays back, set up Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cursor, ship production workflows in your existing stack, and stay on optionally when processes change.
Our approach
Strategy. Build. Operate.
We replace spreadsheets, copy-paste, and manual handoffs with automation that runs inside the tools your team already pays for, not a new platform to manage.

Strategy & roadmap
We map your operations, find where time is actually lost, and rank what to fix first. You leave with a plan, not a slide deck of ideas.
Build & deploy
Integrations and automations in the stack you already pay for. Monitoring, error handling, and documentation included, built to run on a busy Tuesday.
Operate & optimize
When a process changes, the workflow changes with it. Retainer covers maintenance, tuning, and new builds within an agreed capacity.

How we work
Phased delivery, not a big bang
Who we work with
Every industry has a different ops problem. The fix is the same.
Field-based operations
HVAC, trades, facilities, telecom. Dispatch, AP, and purchasing process hundreds of transactions daily across systems that do not talk. Someone sits in the middle of every handoff.
Fewer manual hops between dispatch and finance
ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, CRM, email
Agencies & professional services
Client onboarding, reporting, time tracking, and status updates live in different tools. Admin overhead grows with every new client because the team is the integration layer.
Less setup per new client
HubSpot, Asana, Harvest, Slack
Retail & commerce
Orders, inventory, returns, and reconciliation spread across storefront, POS, and accounting. Someone still exports CSVs every morning.
Data that syncs without a daily cleanup
Shopify, POS, Klaviyo, QuickBooks
Education & enrollment
Seasonal intake, class setup, and scheduling across forms, folders, and booking tools. Peak weeks bury the ops team in copy-paste.
Season prep in hours, not weeks
Jotform, scheduling tools, Drive, email
Where we start

The PO number is wrong
Work stops until someone emails finance. That exception path needs a rule, not another meeting.

New client signed
Folders, accounts, welcome emails. Same checklist, rebuilt by hand every time.

Friday reporting
Three exports, one spreadsheet, one deck. Every week.

FAQ
Answers to the questions we get
What kinds of companies do you work with?
Ops-heavy businesses where manual work is scaling faster than headcount, usually 10 to 50 people. Field services, agencies, commerce, professional services. The common thread: disconnected systems and someone retyping data between them.
What does an engagement look like?
Most start with a focused audit or automation project with a defined scope. Many clients stop after the build. Some keep us on retainer to maintain and extend the layer as the business changes.
How is this different from hiring a developer?
A developer wires two APIs and moves on. We build for operations: what happens when it fails at 6 PM, who owns it, how exceptions get handled, and what changes when you swap a tool in six months.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused project usually lands in two to six weeks depending on scope. We deploy incrementally, so you see working pieces early.
Do you replace our existing tools?
No. We connect them. The point is to make what you already have work together without a person in the middle.
Where are you based?
Ottawa. Most discovery work starts remote; onsite time depends on the audit.
Do you set up Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Cursor?
Yes. A lot of teams bought seats and never got past chat. We set up projects, skills, and the connections into Slack, email, CRM, and files, then automate the handoffs those tools still leave to people.
What tools do you automate with?
Whatever you already pay for. Common stack: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, Make, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Shopify. We do not ask you to rip and replace the system of record.
