The challenge

Every season meant the same file moves, folder trees, and calendar updates, duplicated for group classes and private tutoring.

What we built

Intake forms trigger the right path: group vs. private, new vs. returning, with the scheduler as source of truth.

Internal alerts and duplicate checks so ops is not the bottleneck.

The result

Season setup runs from one internal form. Errors in the automated paths dropped to zero.
