You sit with the client week, not a ticket queue. Map the messy handoffs, ship the first workflow, and stay on the hook when it breaks.
The week
Last month an FDE spent a morning on a shop floor watching someone retype purchase orders from a clipboard into QuickBooks. By Friday that path ran on its own. That is the job. Not a slide. A week that got quieter.
What you'll do at ThinkIQ
- Join the audit. Ask how work actually moves, including the Slack side-channel.
- Build the first version in the tools they already pay for.
- Stay on the call when something fails at 6pm, then fix the failure path.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- Comfortable on a client call and in a workflow editor the same day.
- Based in India, remote, with a few hours of overlap for Ottawa mornings.
- You have shipped automations people actually use, not just demos.
